Finance Department

Department OverviewThe Finance Department manages all Village Funds and is responsible for leading the Village's annual budget and audit processes.  In general, services include budget development, accounting services, payroll administration, accounts payable, utility billing and collection services.  The Finance Department produces various financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.  These reports provide valuable information regarding the status of the Village's financials to the Village Board and staff.  

MEET THE Director 
Jenni Booth, Finance Director 
Finance DirectorJenni was appointed Finance Director in January of 2016.  She has extensive experience in municipal finance.  Jenni began her governmental accounting career as an  auditor within a public accounting firm.  Prior to joining the Village of Frankfort, Jenni served various municipalities and other governmental entities by providing financial/accounting consulting services.  She earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago.  In addition, Jenni is a certified public accountant (CPA).  Jenni currently serves on the Illinois Government Finance Officers Board - South Metro Region.
