Pursuant to Resolution 20-41, The Village of Frankfort has offered for sale real estate improved with a single story building commonly located at 1 North White Street, Frankfort, Illinois which is part of and located within Property Index Number (PIN) 19-09-27-100-040, which is legally described in Exhibit A(Parcel) of the Resolution and measures approximately 0.125 acres+/- (5,425 square feet+/-). The Parcel is zoned H-1 Historic District by the Village of Frankfort.
Additionally, as outlined in Exhibit B of Resolution 20-41, The Village of Frankfort will accept sealed contract proposals from interested buyers until 12:00 p.m. local time on November 30, 2020. Contract proposals may be withdrawn until 12:00 p.m. local time on December 1, 2020.
As part of the process, Village staff intends to open the sealed contract proposals on:
Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.
This opening will be held in the Board Room at the Village Administration Building, 432 W. Nebraska Street, Frankfort IL 60423.
No official action will be taken on the proposals on this date.
The Village Administration's Board Room will remain open to gatherings of ten or less if you are interested to attend in person. Those attending in person will have the opportunity to see and hear the Zoom video conference and participate in the meeting when public comments are heard.
