Automatic water bill payment through your checking or savings account is free and easy. Please fill out the automatic payment form available at the following link and return it to the Village with a voided check. Automatic Payment Form.
Sign up for an account to view/pay your water bill online, with the option to enroll in E-Billing. There are no convenience fees. We accept major credit/debit cards or electronic checks.
To update your credit card information as a current automatic payment customer, visit www.frankfortutilities.com and click "Log In" and then "AutoPay". Click "Accept" and "Edit Billing Information" to update your credit card details. Click "Save Billing Information" when complete.
Stop by the Village Administration Building at 432 W. Nebraska Street during the regular office hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to pay with cash, check or credit card. Convenience fees apply for credit card payments made in the office (Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.)
DROPBOX (CHECKS ONLY)
Your payment and water bill stub can be placed in our drive-through dropbox, located outside of the Village Administration building at 432 W. Nebraska Street. Your payment is on time if placed in the drop box on or before the due date. Dropbox payments are collected and processed every weekday morning.
Pay your water bill over the phone with a credit or debit card by calling the Village at (815) 469-2177 during the regular office hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Convenience fees apply.
Please note the following Village policies regarding bill payment:
- A 10% penalty will be applied to overdue accounts.
- A $45 fee will be placed on all accounts if water is shut off for non-payment.
- A $25 fee will be charged for all return checks.
