Facilities & Services

Village Facilities
Effective Friday, November 20, 2020, Tier 3 mitigations under Phase 4 of the RESTORE ILLINOIS plan are in effect. During this phase, gatherings of up to 10 people are allowed.  As a general rule, Public Meetings are expected to be found impractical and not prudent to hold in person and will be conducted via virtual video conference. Please refer to the Agendas & Minutes section of the website to find the agenda for specific public meetings. If the meeting is to be held by virtual video conference, the agenda will include information on how to participate or provide public comments.

To protect the public and our employees from inadvertent exposure to illness due to face to face interaction, the Village will continue to use the transparent barriers at its service counters, installed during Phase 3. Additionally, relevant signage is posted to assist with social distancing. All customers visiting indoor space must abide by parameters of the RESTORE ILLINOIS plan and various executive orders in effect.

Although the Village Administration Building remains open for business, the Village strongly encourages you to conduct business via telephone or email whenever possible.
