Status:  Engineering Design Phase.
Description: Construct two-lane boulevard road with multi-use path, sidewalk, street lighting, street trees, and storm water management between US 30 and the Lighthouse Pointe subdivision. Construct a 12" water main connector concurrent with the project.
Funding Source: Design Services - REBUILD Illinois Bond Funds & Utility Capital; Construction - Not committed at this time.
Preliminary Estimate of Construction Cost:  $2,000,000 
Planned Construction:  Not confirmed. Projected 2021-2023
